Use a small knife to carefully cut the outer PVC insulation of the cable, ensuring it’s around 20mm in length. Take caution not to damage the inner parts, and measure the distance accurately to avoid cutting too short or too long.
After cutting the plastic shell, gently peel off the exposed part, making sure to keep the inner parts intact.
